Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management : Building, maintaining, and growing relationships with dealers and industrial customers throughout Tamil Nadu.
Sales Target Achievement: Proactively working to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets set by management.
Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identifying and developing new customers within the steel manufacturing, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
Order Processing & Coordination : Managing the sales cycle from generating inquiries and issuing quotations to negotiating terms, taking orders, and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and reporting daily/weekly sales activities and performance to superiors.
Technical Sales Support : Providing product recommendations for Roofing Solutions, Color Coils, and Sheets (GP/GC/CR) to meet specific customer requirements.
