Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Representative to drive direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with potential customers via calls, chats, or in-person interactions

Explain products/services clearly and confidently

Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets

Handle customer queries and provide the best solutions

Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business

Follow up with interested leads regularly

Update sales data and customer records

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
