Job Overview - We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Senior Relationship Manager (Team Leader) to join our team at Premsons Motor Udyog Pvt. Ltd., the leading dealership of Maruti Suzuki. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automobile industry, exceptional team management skills, and a strong customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve retail, booking, and enquiry generation targets.

• Ensure zero customer complaints by maintaining excellent service standards.

• Track daily team activities and follow up on all enquiries.

• Organize field activities to boost visibility and sales.

• Conduct regular meetings with financers to strengthen partnerships.

• Coordinate with departments to meet delivery commitments and enhance customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably in the automobile industry.

• Strong market references and networking skills.

• Tech-savvy with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Must own a 2-wheeler, know how to drive a car, and hold a valid driving license.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
