B2B Sales Representative Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to potential clients
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
Understand clients' needs and tailor proposals and presentations to meet those needs
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure a win-win situation
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market conditions to provide strategic input on sales and marketing initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and sales contracts
Follow up with leads and existing clients to provide more information, address concerns, and nurture the relationship
Requirements/Qualifications
Proven track record of sales success, preferably 2+ years in B2B sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field (or equivalent training/experience)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to create trust and build relationships
Willingness to travel to meet clients
