Job description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining property details, and converting inquiries into qualified leads.

• Develop & maintain good terms with new & existing clients,

• Identify Business opportunity in various places,

• Promote & sale products to potential customers.,

• Conduct product demonstration, convincing customer to buy,

• Achieve sales target & profitable sales targets,

• Make sure post sales activities are customer satisfactory,

• Maintain database records & prepare regular report,

• Sales activities, forecast according to market trend,

• Represent the company in trade market, exhibition & client meetings,

• Handle client issues & get along with employees.
