Position Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and expand Juxta pose's presence across corporate, commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, and institutional sectors.
The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, excellent networking skills, and experience in selling branding, signage, interior solutions, workplace transformation, fit-outs, visual communication, or related B2B services.
This role involves generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, leading client presentations, and collaborating closely with the design, estimation, and project teams to convert opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, commercial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers including:
• Corporate Administration Teams
• Procurement Teams
• Facility Managers
• Architects
• Interior Designers
• Project Management Consultants (PMCs)
• Real Estate Developers
• Brand Managers
• Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements.
• Position Juxtapose as a preferred branding and signage partner.
Proposal & Sales Management
• Coordinate with internal teams for project costing, design proposals, and presentations.
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals and quotations.
• Lead negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and long-term client relationships.
Key Account Management
• Manage existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Maintain regular engagement with key accounts.
• Develop account growth strategies and cross-selling opportunities.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
• Track opportunities through the complete sales cycle.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and pipeline reviews.
• Achieve revenue, margin, and collection targets.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
• Work closely with Design, Estimation, Production, and Project Management teams.
• Ensure smooth handover of projects after order confirmation.
• Support project teams in client communication during execution when required.
