Sales Representative

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating memberships, handling inquiries, and promoting gym services to potential members.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in and online membership inquiries.

• Explain gym membership plans, offers, and services to potential clients.

• Convert leads into active gym memberships.

• Conduct gym tours for prospective members.

• Maintain member database and follow-ups with leads.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure member satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service (fitness industry preferred).

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of fitness industry is a plus.

• Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
