Qualification: Diploma/Graduate (Mandatory)
CTC Range: 2.50 – 3.00 LPA (Including Fixed Allowance)

Sales Execution:
Achieve monthly and daily secondary sales targets (both value and volume).
Visit a minimum of 40 outlets per day, ensuring at least 50% conversion into productive
calls (orders booked).
Ensure product visibility, stock availability, and shelf space in all assigned outlets.
Expand outlet base by onboarding new retail outlets monthly allocated areas.
Distributor & Retailer Management:
Manage assigned distributors and ensure fulfillment of secondary orders (Minimum one Distributor to Max Three).
Follow up with distributors to ensure timely stock availability and delivery to retailers.
Maintain accurate daily call reports (DCRs), order data, and beat plans as per his MJP on using the designated mobile application.
Track competitor activities: pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
