Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Promoter - Rajarhat to join our team at Rentokil PCI. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹18,000 and prospects of growth.

Job Role

Drive new sales, secure renewals, and run on-ground promotions.
Field Visits: Visit housing societies, offices, and construction sites (including weekends) to find new customers.
Promotions: Set up product kiosks, distribute flyers, and install brand boards in target areas.
Renewals & Upselling: Personally meet customers with expiring plans and offer free inspections to upsell services.
Networking: Build relationships with interior designers, builders, and facility managers for leads.
Admin: Keep the lead database updated and track local real estate/interior events.
