Sales & Marketing Executive (Team Leader)

We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Team Leader to lead our sales and marketing team, drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, sales, and marketing skills, with a proven ability to achieve targets and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team targets.

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market presence.

• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor team performance.

• Identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and market segments.

• Generate and manage leads through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, referrals, and direct sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and industry developments.

• Guide team members on sales techniques, customer engagement, negotiation, and closing deals.

• Track sales pipelines, conversion rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators.

• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.

• Handle key accounts and support the team in resolving customer issues when required.

• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

• Ensure company policies, sales processes, and reporting standards are followed.
