Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and achieving designated sales targets. Daily tasks will include identifying prospective clients, conducting sales presentations, following up on leads, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves coordinating with the design and operations teams to deliver client projects seamlessly.
Qualifications
Strong sales, lead generation and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including client relationship management
Proficiency in market research and customer behavior analysis to identify business opportunities
Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Basic understanding or interest in interior design and architecture is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles preferred
Knowledge of CRM software and reporting tools is an advantage
