Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

   • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners to promote our products.

   • Present and demonstrate our range of windows and doors to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features.

2. Customer Service:

   • Provide exceptional service to existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

   • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any issues.

   • Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.

3. Sales Strategy and Planning:

   • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

   • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

   • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

   • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.

   • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business opportunities to management.

   • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the windows and doors industry or a related field.

• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• 2-Wheeler Vehicle along with Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

• 10+2 Pass and English Proficiency
