Generate new leads through calls, references, online platforms and market visits.
Identify and approach potential customers and business opportunities.
Explain products/services to customers and handle their queries.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals and basic sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Maintain customer and lead databases.
Handle WhatsApp, social media and other digital platforms for business promotion.
Visit clients when required for meetings, presentations and business development.
