Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital channels.
Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Conduct site assessments to determine customer needs and energy usage.
Present customized solar solutions and proposals based on energy analysis and client requirements.
Educate customers on the benefits, costs, and technical aspects of solar systems.
Closing Sales:
Negotiate contracts and ensure proper documentation is completed.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide excellent post-sale service to maintain long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with installation and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Knowledge & Reporting:
Stay updated on solar industry trends, local regulations, and competitor offerings.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports to management regularly.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of solar PV systems and energy savings calculations is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
Willingness to travel locally as needed.
High school diploma required; a degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
