Job Overview / Objective
We are a fast-growing authorized Tally partner/reseller specializing in TallyPrime, Tally.ERP 9, Tally Server, Add-ons, TSS (Tally Subscription Services), AMC, and related business management solutions. We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell Tally software & services to small, medium, and large businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, networking, referrals, and field visits
Identify and approach potential clients (shops, traders, manufacturers, service providers, professionals, etc.)
Understand clients’ accounting, GST, inventory, payroll, compliance, and business needs
Conduct live/online product demonstrations (demos) of TallyPrime and related solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, AMC/renewal offers, and negotiate deals
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets consistently
Follow up on leads, close deals, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business, upsell, and referrals
Update daily activities, leads, and pipeline in CRM (if used)
Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and new Tally features
Provide feedback to management on customer requirements and market insights
Requirements / Qualifications
Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BCA preferred)
Basic to Intermediate knowledge of TallyPrime or Tally.ERP 9 (practical usage experience is a big plus)
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi + English (local language like Malvi/Marathi is an advantage)
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills
Minimum 6 months of sales experience (preferably in software/IT products, accounting solutions, or B2B sales)
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to handle sales pressure
Own smartphone, laptop, good internet, and two-wheeler (for field work)
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Freshsales, etc.) is a plus
