Field Sales Executive – Biznext Retail Sign-Up & Kotak/Tide Account Opening
To onboard retailers and shop owners on Biznext, assist them in opening their own Kotak or Tide Bank account, and enable them to open customer savings/current accounts through their Biznext platform. The role involves field visits, retailer activation, and achieving daily account-opening targets.
Visit retail shops and small businesses in assigned areas.
Register retailers on Biznext and complete their digital onboarding.
Open retailer’s own Kotak or Tide Bank current/savings account for settlements and business transactions.
Train retailers to open customer accounts through Biznext.
Conduct KYC verification and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for:
Biznext retailer sign-ups
Retailer account openings (Kotak/Tide)
Customer account openings through retailers
Explain Biznext benefits — zero balance account, instant commission, wallet settlement, debit card options, etc.
Maintain daily reports of sign-ups and activations.
Coordinate with backend team for support, activation, and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with all KYC and bank norms — no fake or duplicate data.
