Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate information.

• Coordinate manpower deployment based on client requirements and project schedules.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed sales or service contracts.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional activities.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Work closely with the operations and HR teams to ensure timely manpower supply and service delivery.

• Represent the company in client meetings, events, and exhibitions when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (manpower or service industry preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.

• Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented.
