Role & Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert them into sales for open plots, villas, and real estate projects.

• Conduct field visits, site visits, and client meetings to explain project details.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Plan and execute marketing strategies, promotional activities, and campaigns.

• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up until deal closure.

Requirements

• Any graduate / intermediate with good communication skills.

• Prior experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers with strong interest can also apply).

• Must be willing to work in field sales and travel for site visits.

• Strong negotiation, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
