The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new customers, managing existing accounts, supporting technical product discussions, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories and product lines. This role requires strong communication, customer engagement, and sales execution skills.
Identify potential customers in Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, R&D labs, Manufacturing, and UAV markets
Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
Maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products/solutions
Coordinate with technical team for demos, presentations, and product trials
Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings
Prepare commercial offers, quotations, and proposals
Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and closures
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Work closely with internal teams (technical, service, logistics, finance) for smooth order execution
Provide weekly sales reports, forecasts, and competitor insights
Handle customer documentation, approvals, and follow-up on payments
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
1–4 years of sales experience (Electronics / Test & Measurement / Industrial / Defence sector preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical products (basic training will be provided)
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn
Willingness to travel within assigned regions
