Sales & Marketing Executive – Interior & Terrace Projects

​About the Role:

We are hiring a result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive (Male / Female) to manage field sales, on-site client interactions, and project closures for interior and terrace makeover projects. The candidate must have prior experience in handling client visits, explaining concepts, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Conduct daily on-site visits to client locations (flats, kothis, villas) for site assessments and primary space measurements.

​Showcase design concepts, materials, and makeover possibilities (terrace pergolas, artificial turf, vertical gardens, WPC decking, modular interior work).

​Pitch customized quotations, negotiate effectively, and close sales deals.

​Identify local marketing avenues, connect with architects/builders for lead tie-ups, and follow up with hot prospects.

​Coordinate with site supervisors, vendors, and execution teams to align on-ground delivery with client expectations.

​Achieve monthly site visit targets and sales closure numbers.

​Candidate Profile & Eligibility:

​Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.

​Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Interior Sales, Renovation/Turnkey Projects, or Real Estate/Building Material sales. (Experienced candidates only; freshers please excuse).

​Communication: Confident in Hindi and fluent/conversational English (necessary to handle premium/HNI residential clients).

​Conveyance: Must possess a personal Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) and a valid Driving License for daily field visits.

​Good measurement skills, space planning basics, and strong closing ability.

​Compensation & Benefits:

​Fixed Monthly Salary (negotiable based on experience) + Performance-based Incentives + Travel/Fuel Allowance.
