. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

• Ensure product availability across assigned outlets.

• Drive primary and secondary sales for assigned territories.

2. Market Coverage

• Regular market visits to retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors.

• Increase outlet coverage and ensure proper visibility & distribution.

3. Merchandising & Visibility

• Ensure product display as per planogram.

• Placement of POP/POS materials to enhance brand visibility.

• Monitor competitor activities and report insights.

4. Distributor Handling

• Coordinate with distributors for stock ordering and timely deliveries.

• Maintain healthy distributor ROI and ensure proper stock levels.

• Resolve distributor issues related to claims, schemes, or dispatch.

5. Scheme Communication

• Communicate monthly schemes, offers, and incentives to retailers.

• Ensure correct execution of trade schemes during billing and sales.

6. Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with retail partners, wholesalers & key accounts.

• Address retailer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily sales reports (DSR), market feedback, and competitor reports.

• Submit beat plans, route plans, and weekly performance reports.

8. New Product Launch

• Execute product launches in the market.

• Conduct consumer promotions and ensure placement in key stores
