Position Overview

The Sales & Marketing professional is responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing brand visibility, and building strong client relationships through strategic sales initiatives and marketing campaigns. This role requires a balance of sales execution and marketing creativity to achieve organizational targets and ensure long-term business sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target markets.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales successfully.

• Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare periodic sales reports.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and CRM data.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email, and social media marketing.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer preferences.

• Create promotional content, brochures, presentations, and advertising materials.

• Organize events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize results.

• Support brand development initiatives to maintain a strong market presence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
