TS Healthstore & Surgicals is a leading distributor of surgical, orthopedic, and medical equipment, serving hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and end users. We are expanding our team and looking for passionate professionals who can drive growth and build strong customer relationships.
We are seeking a Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to promote and sell medical devices and surgical products. The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.
Identify and generate leads from hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, purchase managers, and healthcare professionals.
Demonstrate and promote medical devices and products to clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
Manage daily reporting of sales visits, calls, and closures.
Education: Graduate / Diploma in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sector. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Languages: Must know Hindi, English, and Kannada (mandatory).
Other: Candidate should own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
