Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new customers for PET preforms, PET bottles, and caps.
• Find potential clients through online research, B2B platforms, directories, social media, and market references.
• Visit potential and existing customers to understand their requirements and develop business relationships.
• Target customers such as packaging companies, beverage manufacturers, water bottlers, FMCG companies, food manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and other industrial users.
• Make regular calls, emails, and WhatsApp follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements related to bottle size, preform specifications, neck size, weight, colour, quantity, and packaging.
• Prepare and share quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
• Maintain regular follow-ups from enquiry to order confirmation, production, dispatch, and payment collection.
• Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, quotations, orders, follow-ups, and customer details in CRM/Excel.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for repeat orders and higher sales.
• Monitor market prices, competitors, customer demand, and new business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Resolve customer queries and coordinate internally for timely solutions.
• Regularly report sales activities, customer visits, new leads, and order status to management.
• Willingness to travel locally/within nearby markets for customer meetings and business development is required.

Candidate Requirements:-

1. Experience in PET preforms, PET bottles, plastic packaging, caps, or related manufacturing/sales industry will be preferred.
2. Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
3. Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills.
4. Comfortable with both factory-based work and field visits.
5. Should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of developing new clients independently.
6. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and online business platforms.
7. Two-wheeler and willingness to travel for client visits will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
