An Outdoor Advertising Sales and Marketing professional drives revenue by selling billboard, transit, and public space ad campaigns, managing client relationships, and coordinating ad placement. They prospect new business, deliver presentations, and collaborate with creative teams for campaign execution, aiming to increase brand visibility for clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Development: Identify and secure new clients, agencies, and brand partners, setting up meetings and preparing pitch decks.
• Sales Execution: Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact, managing existing client relationships, addressing concerns, and delivering post-campaign reports.
• Campaign Coordination: Coordinate with internal creative and installation teams to ensure timely deployment of out-of-home (OOH) media.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities for ad space.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience: Proven experience in sales, specifically in OOH (Out-of-Home) media, billboard, or advertising.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), and understanding of advertising metrics.
