Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Acquisition:
	•	Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
	•	Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
	•	Close new business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts.
Business Development:
	•	Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
	•	Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends.
	•	Expand the company’s market presence and explore new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
	•	Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
	•	Act as a point of contact for client communication and problem resolution.
Revenue & Reporting:
	•	Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
	•	Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts for management review.
Team Collaboration:
	•	Work closely with marketing, operations, and recruitment (for HR firms) to ensure delivery of services.
	•	Support the development of promotional materials, campaigns, and marketing plans.
