Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to clients and prospects as per the company database.

• Explain company services clearly and professionally.

• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and update CRM/task sheet.

• Schedule meetings, demos, or appointments for the senior team.

• Follow communication scripts and ensure high-quality customer interaction.

• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduation preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Confident, polite, and positive attitude on calls.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp Business).

• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred.
