About the Role:

The Pacific Consultancy is hiring a Sales Executive with 1–2 years of mandatory experience in sales. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong lead generation, product demo, and convincing skills, along with good knowledge of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on new leads through field visits, cold calls, and online channels

Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs

Utilize strong convincing skills to close deals and onboard clients

Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals

Use local area knowledge to identify market opportunities

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Submit timely sales reports and updates

Mandatory Requirements:

1–2 years of sales experience in a target-driven role

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Confidence in fieldwork and client interactions

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Willingness to travel locally

Preferred Skills:

Lead generation and prospecting

Experience in product demos and presentations

Strong closing and persuasion skills

Good knowledge of the local area/market trends

Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
