Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented, and result-driven Sales Professionals to promote and sell Batch Coding Machines, Laser Marking Machines, and other Industrial Marking Solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client visits, product demonstrations, technical discussions, order conversion, and building long-term B2B relationships within the manufacturing and industrial sector.

✅ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

✔️ Generate leads through market visits, references, online platforms, and networking.

✔️ Visit industrial clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable machine solutions.

✔️ Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.

✔️ Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and convert enquiries into orders.

✔️ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

✔️ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

✔️ Coordinate with Technical and Service teams for smooth order execution.

✔️ Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and customers.

✔️ Prepare sales reports, market feedback, competitor analysis, and sales pipeline updates.

✔️ Identify new markets, industries, applications, and business opportunities.

🎯 Required Skills

✅ 2–3 years of experience in Industrial / B2B / Field Sales

✅ Experience in Manufacturing, Machinery, Automation, Coding & Marking, or Industrial Equipment will be preferred.

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

✅ Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.

✅ Strong lead generation and follow-up skills.

✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

✅ Willingness to travel locally and within the assigned territory.

✅ Good knowledge of MS Office, Email, and basic CRM/Reporting tools.
