Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
Identify potential customers and generate leads.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
Submit daily sales reports before 5:00 PM via the MyCo app.
Attend EOD meetings from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
Update daily sales targets on the target board.
Provide the next day’s customer pipeline in reports.
Maintain proper grooming, uniform, shoes, and ID card.
Adhere to leave and attendance policies (Punch in/out on MyCo).
Keep workspace clean and maintain company gadgets properly.
Ensure proper handling and placement of product samples.
Avoid personal mobile usage during working hours.
