Sales & Marketing Executive

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, travelling locally, building relationships and developing business.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and approach potential salon partners across Hyderabad.

· Visit salons personally and introduce them to the Stylo platform.

· Clearly explain Stylo’s products, services and benefits to salon owners/managers.

· Demonstrate how Stylo can help salons attract customers and manage appointments more efficiently.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with salon partners.

· Convert prospective salons into active Stylo partners.

· Follow up with prospective partners and ensure successful onboarding.

· Understand partner requirements, concerns and objections and provide suitable solutions.

· Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth partner onboarding experience.

· Achieve assigned partner acquisition and business targets.

· Maintain regular updates on partner visits, leads, conversions and follow-ups.

· Represent Stylo professionally while interacting with salon owners and management.

What We’re Looking For

· MBA freshers with a strong interest in Sales, Business Development or Client Acquisition.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good spoken English and Hindi; knowledge of Telugu will be an added advantage.

· Confident personality with the ability to communicate with business owners.

· Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for partner visits.

· Strong convincing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

· Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented.

· Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned targets.

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
