Working Type: Full-Time Role Overview The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and an understanding of digital marketing and IT services. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and convert potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking. Understand client needs and present relevant solutions (Digital Marketing, Web Development, IT Services, Creative Services, etc.). Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales pitches. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Day-to-Day Activities Daily client calls and follow-ups. Scheduling and conducting client meetings (online or physical). Sending quotations, proposals, and follow-up messages. Coordinating with the operations & marketing team for client requirements. Tracking sales pipeline and reporting progress to management. Performance Metrics Lead-to-conversion rate Monthly revenue generated Number of qualified leads added Client retention and repeat business Timely follow-ups and CRM updates Required Skills & Competencies Excellent communication & presentation skills Strong negotiation and convincing ability Knowledge of digital marketing, IT, and creative services (preferred) Target-oriented and self-motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving and relationship-building skills Educational Qualification Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field Experience 1+ years of experience in sales (preferably in Digital Marketing, IT, Software, or Advertising industry) Proven track record of meeting targets Tools Knowledge (Preferred) CRM platforms MS Office / Google Workspace WhatsApp Business / Email communication Basic understanding of digital marketing tools Why Join Us?
