We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team for promoting and selling Solar Rooftop Projects in Gurgaon, Faridabad, and surrounding areas of Haryana. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Solar Energy, Electrical Contracts, Warehousing Solutions, or the Energy Sector, with strong skills in lead generation, customer interaction, and proposal preparation.
Our Company have more than 13 Years of Experience in this sector and worked across 19 States in India. We have worked with PSUs, Large Corproates, Residential and various Government contract. 100+ project references are available.
Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through various channels – site visits, referrals, cold calls, online inquiries, and local networking.
Meet with potential clients (commercial, industrial, residential, or institutional) to understand their energy requirements and propose suitable solar rooftop solutions.
Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and project estimates in coordination with the technical team.
Follow up with prospects through all stages of the sales cycle to ensure successful closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and local stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams for project feasibility, site surveys, and execution planning.
Stay updated on solar industry trends, government policies, subsidies, and market developments.
Travel frequently within the assigned region (Gurgaon, Faridabad & nearby cities) as per business needs.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in Solar Business, Energy Sector, Warehousing, or Electrical Contracting.
Strong lead generation and networking abilities in the local market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable with frequent travel across the region.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Knowledge of solar systems, rooftop installations, and energy-saving solutions is a plus.
