As we continue to expand our business, we are looking for enthusiastic and energetic professionals to join our Sales & Marketing team.
Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Visit customers regularly to understand their paper requirements and offer suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries and orders.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
• Conduct market research and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Young, energetic, and self-motivated individual.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and build a career in sales.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or the paper/printing/packaging industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and build long-term customer relationships.
Eligibility
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with prior B2B sales experience will be preferred.
Requirements
• Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory.
• Valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
