Job Summary

Surya International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced sales Executive for the Retail Sales Department at the Lucknow location. The candidate should have strong experience in solar products and battery sales, distributor development, and retail & B2B sales management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the retail sales network in the assigned territory

Appoint, manage, and grow distributors and dealers

Drive sales of solar products and batteries through retail and B2B channels

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers

Plan and execute market expansion and promotional activities

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing

Manage and guide the field sales team to improve performance

Ensure timely collection and outstanding management

Required Experience & Skills

5 to 10 years of experience in Solar Sales and Battery Sales

Strong experience in Distributor Making & Channel Development

Proven background in Retail Sales and B2B Sales

Good knowledge of the local market in Rourkela and nearby areas

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Preferred Qualification

Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
