Location: Jharsuguda & Deogarh, Odisha Experience Required: 1–4 Years (Field Sales)

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell our solar products in assigned territories. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, and building strong relationships with dealers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and develop new customers in the assigned area
Conduct field visits and client meetings for product promotion
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers
Provide product knowledge and solutions to clients
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
Track market trends and competitor activities

Key Requirements

1–4 years of experience in field sales
Preference for candidates from solar / electrical / battery / EPC sales background
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel within the assigned territory
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
