Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence in the chair manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis: Identify new market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities in the chair manufacturing industry.
Lead Generation & Sales: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, including furniture retailers, corporate offices, hospitality businesses, and institutional buyers.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with architects, interior designers, procurement teams, and contract furniture companies to drive sales.
Product Knowledge & Consultation: Provide clients with expert advice on product features, materials, design options, and customization possibilities.
Sales Strategy & Targets: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients and suppliers.
Marketing & Branding Support: Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility, attend trade shows, and develop promotional materials.
After-Sales Service: Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales support and complaint resolution.
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and revenue projections.
