About Sunskrit Solar
Sunskrit Solar is a growing solar EPC company providing solar installation solutions for residential and commercial customers. We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Solar Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, phone calls, references and digital enquiries.
Visit residential and commercial customers and understand their electricity requirements.
Explain solar systems, savings, subsidy, ROI and financing options to customers.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical/site engineer.
Convert enquiries into confirmed solar projects.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Maintain customer information and sales reports.
Build long-term relationships with customers and generate referrals.
Coordinate with the installation team until project completion.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Gujarati and Hindi speaking required; Marathi/English is an advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in the field.
Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp and Excel.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Solar industry experience is preferred but freshers with good sales skills can also apply.
Salary & Incentives
Salary: ₹10,000–₹25,000/month depending on experience and performance.
