About Spacify Decor

Spacify Decor is a premier distributor and wholesaler of modern flooring solutions, including SPC Flooring and Carpet Tiles. We are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic, high-energy Field Sales & Marketing Executive to build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.

The Role

This is a high-visibility role where you will be the face of Spacify Decor in the field. Your primary objective is to drive revenue by identifying new project opportunities and ensuring our flooring products are the top choice for interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, and corporate clients within the interior decor ecosystem.

• Influencer Mapping: Build and maintain a robust network of Architects and Interior Designers to get our products specified in their projects.

• Site Visits & Consultations: Visit project sites to take measurements, showcase product samples (SPC, Carpet Tiles), and provide technical consultations.

• Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, new product launches, and market trends to provide feedback to the management team.

• Lead Management: Convert inquiries into sales and ensure timely follow-ups on quotations and samples sent.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in Field Sales or Marketing. Direct experience in the Interior Design, Building Materials, or Home Decor industry is highly preferred.

• Communication: Fluent in Hindi and Marathi (for local coordination); functional English for corporate reporting.

• Technical Familiarity: Ability to understand flooring specifications and explain the benefits of SPC flooring over traditional options.

• Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field visits.
