Sales Executive – Vadodara / Surat / Ahmedabad

Location: Vadodara / Surat / Ahmedabad

Base Salary: ₹50,000/month

On-Target Earnings (OTE): ₹2,00,000/month (₹50k base + ₹1.5L commission)

Commission Structure: Uncapped – the more you sell, the more you earn

About the Role

Deckoviz is building the future of ambient, dynamic, and AI-powered art for homes and businesses. As a Sales Executive, you’ll own the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closing — across high-potential verticals such as hotels, offices, real estate developers, premium retail spaces, wellness centers, and more.

You'll start by generating and nurturing leads remotely, followed by field visits, demos, and relationship-building to convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.

Conduct remote sales calls and in-person visits across your region.

Run demos and present Deckoviz products to decision-makers and space designers.

Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Close deals and exceed monthly sales targets.

Report regularly on performance and provide market feedback to the core team.

Who You Are

1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred).

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Confident, well-spoken, and persuasive communicator.

Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within your territory.

Self-driven with a bias for action and results.
