Job Overview

This company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join the team. Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Develop and execute Sales & Marketing Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive sales plans and marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.

• Market Research and Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.

• Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers, generate leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms), and convert them into long-term business partnerships.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Sales Performance and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to management, and ensure the company meets its sales targets.

• Campaign Management: Plan, create, and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of strategies and a seamless client experience.

• Event Participation: Attend industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

• Budget Management: Manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaigns.
