Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Company: Digitide Solution Pvt Ltd
Location: Thane (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹26,000 (In-hand) + Growth
· Role: Sales + Telecalling + Field Visits
· Eligibility: Graduates OR 12th Pass (both eligible)
· Experience: Freshers (0–6 months) & Experienced both welcome
· Documents: Original educational certificates + experience letter (if experienced) – mandatory
· Languages: Fluent English & Hindi – Verbal & Written (V3 & VR level)
· Work Mode: Strictly Work from Office – No WFH
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate leads and close sales via cold calling, presentations, and field visits.
· Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
· Report performance and feedback to management regularly.
· Maintain and update the client database.
Requirements:
· Graduate or 12th pass with good communication skills.
· 0–6 months experience (freshers welcome) or prior sales experience.
· Computer literate (MS Office, CRM basics).
· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
