Sales & Customer Service:
Greet, assist, and advise customers on jewelry selections.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Achieve and exceed individual/team sales targets.
Handle transactions, manage records, and process payments efficiently.
Product & Merchandising:
Maintain deep knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, metals, and care.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and competitor offerings.
Ensure attractive showroom displays and organized stock.
Marketing & Promotion:
Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Understand consumer needs and market trends.
Collaborate on online/offline promotions to enhance brand visibility.
Operations & Reporting:
Manage inventory, stock levels, and product availability.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Prepare sales reports and track client interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Proven sales experience, luxury/jewelry sector preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Attributes: Passion for jewelry, keen eye for detail, integrity, aesthetic sense, CRM savvy.
