Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Promoter to join our Shakti Pump – Solar Pump division. The role involves promoting and selling solar pump products to farmers, dealers, and rural communities while educating them about product benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Shakti Solar Pumps in assigned territories.

• Conduct product demonstrations to farmers, dealers, and end-users.

• Generate leads through field visits, farmer meetings, and local campaigns.

• Support sales team in achieving targets.

• Collect market insights and share customer feedback with the team.

• Ensure proper branding and visibility at promotional activities/events.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical.

• 0–2 years of sales/field promotion experience (freshers welcome).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas.

• Passion to work with farmers and rural markets.
