​Core Responsibilities
​Prospecting: Actively identify and target potential commercial clients (restaurants, warehouses, corporate offices, manufacturing plants) and residential properties.
​Cold Outreaching: Conduct door-to-door canvas sales, cold calling, and networking within local business communities to build a robust sales pipeline.
​Inbound Follow-up: Respond promptly to incoming leads generated by digital marketing, customer service referrals, or company inquiries
​Site Surveys: Visit client locations to conduct thorough physical inspections of the premises.
Proposal Creation: Develop detailed, written service proposals and cost estimates tailored to the client’s specific pest issues and property size.
Sales Presentations: Pitch specialized treatment plans—such as pre- and post-construction anti-termite treatments, integrated pest management (IPM), or annual maintenance contracts (AMCs)—to property managers or decision-makers.
Negotiation & Closing: Address client objections regarding pricing, chemical safety, or service timelines, and successfully secure signed service agreements.
