Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Visit retail stores, cafés, bookstores, toy shops, and lifestyle outlets to introduce and pitch our products
Explain product features, uniqueness, and selling points in a compelling way
Convince store owners/managers to stock our products
Handle onboarding of new retail partners (pricing, margins, display guidance)
Regularly follow up with stores to track sales performance
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
Maintain relationships with store owners for long-term collaboration
Collect feedback from stores and customers to improve product positioning
Ensure proper product display and visibility in stores
Share regular reports on store visits, conversions, and sales updates
