We are backed by prominent investors and are expanding aggressively across online (Amazon, Flipkart, own website) and offline (dealers, modern trade, housing societies) channels.
We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can own revenue targets, build the brand, and scale customer acquisition profitably. This is a 360° role – you will do everything from running performance marketing campaigns to closing deals with dealers and large housing societies.
Sales (60%)
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (online + offline).
Acquire and manage channel partners – dealers, distributors, modern trade, electrical stores, and plumbing contractors.
Develop and close large-ticket deals with builders, RWAs, housing societies, schools, hospitals, and corporate offices.
Conduct product demonstrations, in-home trials, and water testing camps.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM (Zoho/LeadSquared).
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, margins, and schemes with partners.
Ensure timely collection and secondary sales from partners.
Marketing (40%)
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and affiliate networks.
Manage creative production (statics, videos, testimonials) with internal designers and agencies.
Own content calendar and organic social media growth (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).
Run influencer & micro-influencer campaigns focused on moms, health-conscious families, and new homeowners.
Execute on-ground activation – water testing camps, society events, mall activations.
Manage Amazon & Flipkart listings – A+ content, reviews, sponsored ads, deals & lightning deals.
Track, analyze, and optimize CAC, ROAS, AOV, and repeat rate every week.
Coordinate with the supply chain team for inventory planning during campaigns.
3–7 years of hands-on experience in sales & marketing (consumer durables, water purifiers, home appliances, or D2C brands preferred).
Proven track record of achieving ₹50L–₹2Cr+ monthly revenue targets.
Hands-on experience running profitable Meta & Google campaigns (ROAS > 4 preferred).
Excellent communication & presentation skills – comfortable doing demos in housing societies.
Hustler mindset – willing to travel within the city, visit dealers, and do ground activations.
Data-driven – comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, and campaign dashboards.
Ownership attitude – you treat the company like your own.
Knowledge of the water purifier industry and TDS science is a big plus.
