🎯 Experience: 1–3 Years in DSA / Loan / Banking Sales

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

📍 Location:- patparganj industrial area

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

- Regularly visit the market to develop new business opportunities and channel partnerships.

- Meet and build relationships with property dealers, builders, real estate agents, brokers and other channel partners.

- Brief dealers/builders about Ruloans' loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation and process.

- Identify customers who require Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, Personal Loan and other financial products.

- Generate quality leads through dealers, builders and other market/channel partners.

- Convert leads into successful loan applications and ensure smooth coordination until disbursement.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with channel partners and customers.

- Develop a strong network of dealers/builders to generate continuous business.

- Achieve monthly lead generation, login and loan disbursement targets.

- Visit potential partners regularly and maintain long-term business relationships.

- Coordinate with internal processing teams and banks/NBFCs for timely processing of cases.

- Maintain daily field visit reports, lead records and business MIS.

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in DSA, Loan Sales, Banking Sales or Financial Services preferred.

- Candidates having existing contacts/network with property dealers, builders, brokers or real estate channel partners will be preferred.

- Strong field sales and business development skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation and convincing abilities.

- Ability to conduct professional meetings with dealers/builders and explain financial products effectively.

- Strong knowledge of loan products and basic documentation.

- Must be comfortable with extensive field work and local market visits.

- Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.

- Ability to generate business independently and develop new market relationships.
