Sales & Marketing Executive

Sales Executive – Job Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, online platforms, references, and market research.

2. Customer Visits: Conduct regular customer visits and understand their pest control requirements.

3. Sales Conversion: Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, follow up, and convert leads into confirmed orders.

4. Target Achievement: Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.

5. Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with new leads, existing customers, and pending quotations.

6. Customer Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

7. Site Coordination: Coordinate with the technical/operations team for site inspections, service requirements, and execution.

8. Collection: Follow up with customers for pending payments and support the accounts team in timely collections.

9. Reporting: Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, quotation details, follow-up records, and sales/collection updates in CRM.

10. Market Development: Identify new market opportunities, corporate clients, residential projects, restaurants, warehouses, factories, schools, hospitals, and other potential customers.

11. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, services, and market activities and report important updates to management.

12. Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve service-related issues.

13. Professional Communication: Maintain professional communication with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.

14. Team Coordination: Work closely with the Sales, Operations, Technical, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
