Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Generate new leads and identify business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Plan and execute marketing activities to promote the company's products and services.
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Technical knowledge of pumps, water treatment, or related products will be an added advantage.
Candidate must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel for field visits.
